Beveled siding house with a flat roof, plain trim, and concrete block foundation. House has single-paned windows that open from the base. Alterations include a left-side porch. House has a garage.
Home is located at its original site. The structural style includes elements of Greek Revival, which sets it apart from the dominant styles on Parker Street. Past residents: John Martin (1872) laborer at Fort Hill Cemetery, William H. Smith (1908) machinist, Luigi Giannone (1920) shoe operator.
