Clapboard house with a stone foundation and gable roof. There are elliptical windows in the front door and double-sash windows with 2 panes per window throughout the rest of the house. Alterations include a right-side entrance.
Home is located at its original site. The structure is consistent with the general architectural style of Parker St. Past residents: J.M. French (1871) lumber dealer, George Cooper and Frank Prime (1908) Osborne Works employees, Nellis Lucas (1920), Jeremiah Quill (1935) asst. street supervisor, Joseph White (1950) electrician.
