Description
Fake-brick covering house with a gable roof and stone foundation. Windows are double-sash type with 2 panes per window. Trim is largely plain with the exception of a few carved brackets on the first floor. House has a shed. Alterations include a rear addition with concrete foundation.
Home is located at its original site. The architectural style is consistent throughout the neighborhood. Past residents: William Nolan (1882) gardener, Nellie Lucas (1908).
