Description
Shingle house with a hipped roof and cement foundation. There are carved brackets on the first floor including a bracketed window overhang.
Home is located at the original site. This building is consistent with the general architectural style of Parker St. Past residents: P. Brady (1871) grocer and carpenter, Charles Chapman (1908) molder, Corcoran and Roman (1920) widows.
