Beveled siding house with a hipped roof, two-tiered front porch, stone foundation, and plain trim.
Home is located at its original site. The structure is a large, multiple-family structure in an essentially single-residence area. The architectural style is consistent with Parker St. Past residents: Thomas Kenney (1882) laborer, Joseph Kernan (1908) laborer, Patrick Gleason (1908) laborer, Cornelius Mahaney (1920), Douglas Cottet (1950).
