Home is located at its original site. This building is the largest structure on Parker St. It is a 3-story apartment house. Past residents: Part of the C.A. Smith property (1-13 Parker St. ) until 1908, Herbert R. Clark (1980) mason, Freda Koon (1920) machine operator, Hilda Walker and Dorthea Park (1950).
