Beveled siding house with a hipped roof, gabled dormers, bracketed cornice, and plain trim. Alterations include a front entrance.
Home is located at its original site. This type of building with a hipped roof and bracketed cornice is not found in great numbers in this neighborhood. Past residents: Part of the C.A. Smith property (1-13 Parker St.) until 1908, Frank Rosse (1908) shoemaker, Edward Wiley (1920) chauffeur.
