Shingle house with a gable roof and concrete block foundation. House has several scroll brackets on the first floor. House has a garage.
Home is located at its original site. The structure is characteristic of the type of architecture found on Parker St. Past residents: Thomas Dean (1871) carpenter, Louis H. Field (1908) trainman LVRR, Andrew Haver Columbian Rope employee, Edwin Warden (1920) Emp. First Carpet Works, E.P. Clancy (1935) laborer.
