Source of building data: Notations from the collections of the Cayuga County Historian. (Date of notations unknown.) Residence of John H. Osborne, prior to being destroyed by a fire c. 1900. A new, fire-proof residence was constructed 1904-05. This address is now occupied by the American Red Cross.
