Description
Beveled siding house with a gable roof and concrete foundation. Windows are double-sash type with 4 panes per window. There is a variety of carved and scroll brackets on the house.
Home is located at original site. The structure is a multi-resident dwelling in an essentially single-resident area. The architectural style is consistent with the general style of Parker St. Past residents: J.D. Teller (1908) lawyer, Harry Reed (1920) LVRR worker, Nelson Ray (1935) Columbian Rope Co. Source of Building Data: Building-Structure Inventory Form, circa 1970s, by unknown assessment group.  Provided from the collections of the Cayuga County Historian’s Office.  The unknown assessment group listed the following sources: on-site inspection, city directories, county atlas, Sanborn maps.
